While we strive to verify users and facilitate secure contracts, TaapHire is not a party to the actual employment or contractor agreements between users. We are not liable for the actions, work quality, or payment disputes between talent and employers.

All content, features, and functionality on the TaapHire platform (including text, graphics, logos, and software) are the exclusive property of TaapHire and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TaapHire shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or use, arising out of or in connection with these terms or your use of the platform.
